OnePlus 7 Pro to Offer UFS 3.0 Storage and HDR10+ Support

OnePlus 7 series launch is imminent in a week, and we already know what it has to offer. Almost every primary specification of the device is out there, and within a week’s launch, more reports are exposing upcoming OnePlus flagships standout features.

Up until now, it is pretty evident OnePlus is launching two different phones for the first time – the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro. While the OnePlus 7 is supposedly a true successor to the OnePlus 6T, the Pro version of it is the much-anticipated device to come as it is said to be directly competing with the flagship smartphones out there.

OnePlus 7 Pro has already been confirmed to come with a buttery smooth 6.67-inch display, preferably with a 2K panel that has refresh rates of up to 90Hz. Recent reports have now confirmed that the OnePlus 7 Pro will also be featuring HDR10+ content support as well.

Well, these features already make the OnePlus 7 Pro the flagship phone as intends to be, regardless the company’s CEO Pete Lau had shed some more information on the new OnePlus 7 Series.

CEO Pete has confirmed OnePlus 7 series of smartphones will be offering UFS 3.0 storage support, which is said to be speeding up the data transfer, installing apps and faster loading of apps as well. Currently, the flagships bout there utilize the UFS 2.0 or UFS 2.1, when compared, the UFS 3.0 will be providing double the speeds.
