OnePlus has launched the much-anticipated OnePlus Nord in India after months of speculations and leaks. The smartphone had been garnering a lot of attention way before it was officially announced by OnePlus. It’s speculated price was one of the reasons why people waited with bated breath for the release of the OnePlus Nord. The smartphone has been launched in India for Rs 24,999 for the base variant.
OnePlus Nord comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display. Nord phones include Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front as well as back and offer a 90hz screen refresh rate. OnePlus Nord is powered by Snapdragon 765G processor. In terms of software OnePlus Nord run OxygenOS software based on Android 10.
OnePlus Nord comes with quad camera setup that is headlined by a 48MP main camera, along with an 8MP wide-angle shooter, a 2MP macro camera, and a 5MP depth sensor. On The front punch hole cutouts include two selfie cameras 32MP main camera + 8MP wide-angle camera.
There is a 4,115mAh battery onboard that supports Warp Charge 30T fast charging technology, which enables the phone to charge from 0 to 70 percent in just 30 minutes. You will also get an in-display fingerprint sensor, 5G support, and NFC.
OnePlus Nord runs on Android 10-based OxygenOS 10.5. It also comes with Google’s Messages, Duo, and Phone apps for great and safe experience.
There are different color options for Nord which is Blue Marble and Gray Onyx. OnePlus Nord start with Rs. 24,999 for 6GB + 64GB which is available from September. 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB models will retail at Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 29,999. OnePlus Nord will go on sale via Amazon India and OnePlus.in starting August 4.
