Xiaomi recently announced new CC series to launch the smartphones using the Meitu’s camera technology. As per the new leaks, the Xiaomi CC smartphones won’t come with a Meitu logo. Also, the recently teased Meitu smartphone with a triple flip camera setup is completely different from the Xiaomi CC smartphones. Now, the complete specifications and pricing of the Xiaomi CC9 and CC9e smartphones are leaked online.
Both the devices come with a glossy finish body and offer Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. While the Xiaomi CC9 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection on the front, the Xiaomi CC9e offers Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both the devices sport the 32MP Samsung GD1 sensor on the front for selfies and face unlock. As per the leaks, the Xiaomi CC9 offers Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for the front camera.
The devices also come with an in-display fingerprint scanner on the front. As seen with the POCO smartphones, Xiaomi also offers custom skin on the top of MIUI for the Xiaomi CC series. Talking about the Xiaomi CC9e, it comes with a 5.97-inch AMOLED display with waterdrop notch and Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Device comes powered by 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Mobile Platform and comes coupled with Kryo 360 CPU and Adreno 616 GPU.
It comes with upto 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The triple camera setup on the rear features a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. It is backed by a 3,500mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging technology. Coming to the Xiaomi CC9, it sports a 6.39-inch waterdrop notch display on the front with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels). It packs the newer 8nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 470 CPU and Adreno 618 GPU.
Coming to the rear of the Xiaomi CC9, it sports a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 12MP telephoto sensor. It is kept powered on by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports 27W fast charging technology.
Based on the leaks, the Xiaomi CC9e will retail from CNY 1599 approx INR 16,000. On the other hand, the base variant of the Xiaomi CC9 with high-end specifications will be costing CNY 2599 approx INR 26,500. The company is yet to reveal the launch date for the Xiaomi CC smartphones.
