Huawei P30 Pro and P30 Lite Launched in India

Huawei has finally launched its latest flagship Huawei P30 Pro in India. The company had earlier launched the same at an event held in Paris late last month.

The latest flagship from Huawei, the P30 Pro comes with a curved 6.47-inch AMOLED display that features a full HD+ resolution (2340×1080) and an aspect ratio 19.5:9. The phone comes in the conventional gradient color build on the back and a water drop notch display on the front. Under the hood, the P30 Pro is powered by a Huawei’s 7nm Kirin 980 octa-core processor, which is further followed by 8GB of RAM.

P30 Pro features quad camera setup on the rear comprising of a 40MP wide-angle camera with f/1.6 aperture, a 16MP ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP telephoto lens with an aperture fo f/3.4 and lastly Huawei’s ToF depth-sensing camera as well. On the front, the P30 Pro features a 32MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0 sitting in the water drop notch on the top.

The Huawei P30 Pro is fueled by a 4200mAh battery that also supports 40W fast charging and further also supports 12W Qi wireless fast charging as well. The P30 Pro ships with Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie-based EMUI 9.1 out-of-the-box. The Huawei P30 Pro in India is said to be Amazon Exclusive and is priced at Rs 71,990 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and the phone is said to be available in Breathing Crystal and Aurora color variants.

P30 Lite

Huawei P30 Lite comes with a 6.15-inch Full HD LCD notched display and with a decent 415-pixel density and achieves a screen-to-body-ratio of 90%. Under the hood, the Huawei P30 Lite is powered by a Kirin 710 SoC and comes with GPU Turbo 2.0 technology for gaming as well. The device features in 4GB RAM variant that comes with 128GB of internal storage and supports micro SD expansion of up to 512GB as well.

P30 Lite also packs in decent cameras on the back that includes a triple camera setup. It comprises of a 24MP primary sensor and 8MP sensor along with 2MP camera sensors as well. The front of the P30 Lite has the same 32MP selfie shooter.

The Huawei P30 Lite is kept alive by a non-removable decent 3340mAh battery and also supports 18W fast charging as well. It is has a fingerprint sensor on the back for authentication and utilizes USB Type-C for charging. The P30 Lite ships with Android 9.0 Pie-based EMUI 9.1 out-of-the-box. As for the pricing, the Huwaei P30 Lite starts at Rs 19,990 for the 4GB + 128GB variant and goes all the way for upto Rs 22,990 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. Further, the Huawei P30 Lite would be available in Midnight Black and Peacock Blue color variants as well.
