Nubia Red Magic launching in India on June 17th

The Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone from Nubia is already confirmed to launch in India on 17th of June and the handset is already launched in China earlier this year. The successor of the Red Magic Mars (which was launched last year) will is now said to be coming with the price tag of Rs. 36,999 in India for the base 8GB RAM variant. The Black Shark 2 Smartphone was released in India for Rs. 39,999 and considering this, Nubia is planning to bring the device into the country with some aggressive pricing to compete against the devices like Black Shark 2 and more.

According to a publication, the Nubia Red Magic 3 will be priced lesser than Rs. 36,999 in the country since even the OnePlus 7 with 8GB RAM option is priced at Rs. 37,999. We all very well know that the Red Magic 3 smartphone was announced in four different variants which are 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. Although we are not sure if all these storage variants will be making it to India.

Red Magic 3 will be sporting a 6.65-inch AMOLED display which will be offering 19.5:9 aspect ratio with HD+ resolutions and the display also comes with the 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform and comes with up to 12GB of RAM LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 flash storage. The handset comes with just a single main camera on the rear with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor while on the front we can find a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. And the rear camera is capable of shooting 8K videos along with 1080 fps slow-motion videos.

Furthermore, there are touch-sensitive triggers on the sides of the smartphone which can be used while gaming and the fingerprint sensor on the device can also be used to set a specific control to play games. It comes out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system with RedMagic OS 2.0 on top and has a 5000mAh battery on the rear with the support for 27W fast charging technology. The handset sports stereo speaker setup, three microphones, and supports DTS 7.1 surround sound technology to enhance the gaming experience.
