Realme’s explosive performance in India has made it one of the fastest growing smartphone brands in the world, and today the company is expanding into the nebulous “lifestyle tech” market with products in new categories.
Smart TV
Realme Smart TV is available in two sizes, with resolution depending on the size variant; the 32″ Realme Smart TV has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels (HD-Ready) while the 43″ variant has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels (full-HD). Apart from the screen size and resolution, the two variants have the same specifications and features. The Realme Smart TV runs on Android TV 9 Pie, with access to the Google Play Store for Android TV. Some apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube, come pre-installed on the television.
Realme Smart TV include a peak brightness of 400 nits, support for HDR up to the HDR10 standard, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage for apps. The television is powered by the MediaTek MSD6683 processor. Realme TV uses a four-speaker system with 24W of rated sound output. The speaker system has two full-range drivers and two tweeters.
Realme Smart TV will go on sale on Realme’s website and on Flipkart on June 2nd. The 43″ model will sell for Rs. 21,999 while the 32″ model is Rs. 12,999.
Realme Smart Watch
Realme Watch is the second wearable device from Realme after the Realme Band that was unveiled in March. The smartwatch is built around a 1.4″ color touchscreen of 320×320 pixel resolution, which is protected by a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The screen has a pixel density of 323 ppi and 380 nits brightness with 10 levels of adjustment. It can display notifications, control music, hang up phone calls, and do other typical smartwatch things.
Realme Watch also features 24×7 heart rate monitoring, but this time the PPG sensor to measure heart rate is supplied by Goodix and you get an SpO2 monitor as well, which measures the blood oxygen level. The smartwatch also comes with 14 Sports Modes, with Aerobic Capacity, Badminton, Treadmill, Elliptical and Table Tennis being the new ones introduced by Realme.
Realme Watch will cost Rs. 3,999 and will be available from Flipkart and Realme.com on June 5th.
Realme Buds Air Neo
Buds Air Neo are similar to Realme’s Buds Air but have a slightly larger driver – 13mm vs 12mm – their case doesn’t have a wireless charging option and there’s no Environment Noise Cancellation.
Realme Buds Air Neo offer up to 17 hours of combined playback (3 hours on the buds themselves), Bluetooth 5.0 with 119.2ms latency, Instant Auto Connection with a Realme phone and come in three colors – Green, Red and White.
Realme Buds Air Neo will be available at priced Rs. 2,999 and sale start today.
Realme Power Bank 2
Realme Power Bank 2 comes with support for 18W two-way quick charging with dual output ports, a USB Type-A and a USB Type-C. It packs a 10,000mAh high density Lithium-polymer battery that the company claims, ensures less capacity loss even after many charging cycles.
Realme 10000mAh Power Bank 2 comes with thirteen layers of circuit protection that improves safety when charging at high speeds. The power bank is compatible with USB-PD as well as Qualcomm’s QC 4.0. It can itself be fast charged as well.
Power Bank 2 is on sale in India through Realme’s own site and Flipkart, priced at Rs. 999.
