Vivo has announced on Twitter that its upcoming smartphone, V17 Pro, will be launched in India on September 20. The tweet also claims that the Vivo V17 Pro is the world’s first 32-megapixel dual pop-up selfie camera smartphone. The tweet also comes with a video that offers a glimpse at the 32-megapixel dual front pop-up camera module. The Vivo V17 Pro will be the successor to the original V15 Pro. The specifications and renders of the Vivo V17 Pro have already surfaced online.
Camera is going to be the key highlight of the Vivo V17 Pro. Vivo V17 Pro might be come with six cameras – two on the front and four on the backside. As far as the specs are concerned the Vivo V17 Pro will include 48MP primary camera sensor, secondary camera will use 8MP image sensor, third will be a 2MP sensor while the fourth one will be a 2MP image sensor. As far as the design is concerned the four-camera setup will be aligned in a vertical fashion on the back panel.
The Vivo V17 Pro expected feature is a 6.59-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21:9. The device could be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. Along with these, the Vivo V17 Pro could run Android 9 Pie based FunTouch OS out of the box and pack a 4,100mAh battery along with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
